Privacy Policy for Turkey Chase

This Privacy Policy explains, in detail, what information the App does and does not handle, how advertising works, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. We Do Not Collect or Keep Any Personal Information

Turkey Chase does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information about you. Specifically:

• There are no user accounts and no sign-in.
• There is no first-party analytics or telemetry.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, address, payment information, contacts, photos, microphone input, camera input, or precise location.
• We operate no servers, databases, or back-end systems that store information about you. There is nothing about you for us to keep.

The only information the App saves is stored locally on your device and never leaves it:

• Your high score
• Your audio settings (music volume and sound-effect volume)

This local data is stored using your device's standard secure local storage and is removed automatically if you uninstall the App.

2. Advertising (Non-Personalized Only)

Turkey Chase displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob in order to support continued development of the App. We have configured AdMob to serve non-personalized ads only and to apply child-directed treatment (COPPA) to every ad request. This means:

• No personalized advertising. Ads are not chosen based on who you are or what you have done online.
• No advertising profile is built about you. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not share any identifying information with advertisers.
• No behavioral targeting. Ads are not selected based on your interests, browsing history, app history, or in-game activity.
• No use of advertising IDs for cross-app tracking. AdMob is configured in a mode that does not use Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID for personalized tracking, and does not link data to your identity.

Even with these settings, in order to deliver and measure non-personalized ads, Google AdMob automatically collects a limited amount of data when an ad request is made. The categories of data collected are:

• Device identifier — used for frequency capping and fraud / invalid-traffic prevention. Not linked to your identity.
• Coarse location — derived from IP address, used to serve regionally appropriate ads and comply with regional regulations.
• Ad interaction events — ad impressions and taps, used to count and bill ad activity.
• Basic device and diagnostic information — device type, operating system, language, app version, and crash / performance data, used to deliver compatible ads and improve reliability.

This data is processed by Google solely to serve the ad, prevent fraud, and measure ad delivery. It is not used to build a profile of you or to track you across apps or websites. We (the developer) do not receive, store, or have access to this data. Google's handling of this information is governed by Google's own policies:

On iOS, the App respects Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework: because we do not track you across apps and websites, the App does not request permission to do so. On Android, you may reset or limit ad personalization at any time in your device's Google settings.

3. Children's Privacy — COPPA Compliant

Turkey Chase is suitable for all ages, including children under 13, and is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of the United States as well as the children's provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the United Kingdom's Age Appropriate Design Code.

• We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children — or from anyone, regardless of age.
• The advertising network is configured to treat all ad requests as child-directed, serving only non-personalized, age-appropriate ads.
• The App contains no in-app purchases, no chat features, no social-media integration, and no links that take a child outside the App without a clear parental-control prompt by the operating system.

4. Permissions the App Uses

• Audio playback — to play in-game music and sound effects.
• Text-to-speech — the App uses your device's built-in text-to-speech voice to play in-game character voices. No audio data is recorded, transmitted, or stored.
• Internet access — used solely to load non-personalized advertisements as described in Section 2.

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, precise location, or any other personal data.

5. Third-Party Services

The only third-party service the App uses is Google AdMob, which serves non-personalized, child-directed ads as described in Section 2. The App does not integrate any other third-party SDKs, social-media trackers, or analytics providers.

6. Data Security

Because we do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information, there is no personal data of yours that could be intercepted, leaked, or breached on our side. The small amount of local data the App saves on your device (high score and audio settings) is protected by your device's standard operating-system security.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated in the future, the new version will be posted at the same URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
